Eguzkine’s work embodies a unique relationship between artist and client. Through her studio she stimulates this dialogue, sculpting bespoke pieces that feel organic and yet perfectly suited to their function. Although the influence from her surroundings is evident, her process is mostly intuitive, and each piece retains the human touch, beautiful in its imperfections.

Uniquely, her work exists as an object of both beauty and function—an artwork that must be held, used, eaten from and cleaned, as much as it will be admired and coveted.
